In a video conference with the media persons of Bhopal, Adnan Sami spoke about how winning a reality show does not make the process of becoming a playback singer any easier and also his forthcoming album. With reference to ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs,’ he feels that after the programme, the kids should concentrate on their education and they have to follow the natural process of struggle and setbacks to reach where destiny takes them. When asked about how the li’l champs of his team are distinct from the rest, he quips, “they are all versatile singers and it is very important to be able to sing all genres in order to be successful in the music business.”
Adnan Sami gave his first public performance on BBC when he was just seven. Notwithstanding controversies and criticism, he is one of the finest singers in the country today. Regarding reality shows for kids, he remarked, “Once you start performing publicly, you are going to be under the scanner. There is no escaping from it and nobody is immune to it, but it should not shatter your confidence.”
Having collaborated with ‘Yash Raj’ music, he is very excited about his album ‘Main Tere Paas Hoon’ which will be out in the market in a couple of months.
